Amazingly Beautiful Buffets {My Curated Board for Hometalk}

Do you love beautiful buffets as much as me?

If you’ve followed me for any length of time, then you know I have deep love for buffets.

In fact, I currently have four in my home!

I know.. buffet hoarder here.

So, whenever I need to get my fix of buffets, I head to Hometalk.

What?

You’ve never heard of Hometalk before?

Hometalk is AMAZING!!!  If I’m not painting furniture or redecorating my home for the hundredth time, then I’m hanging out on Hometalk.  Once you set up an account, you can scroll through the thousands and thousands of home and garden projects and pin them to your own boards for future reference.  I must warn you though… if you love DIY projects, then you are going to be stuck here for hours and hours… and hours.  Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

What I like most about Hometalk is that each person sharing a project shares not just one photo of that project, but several.  Usually you get before, during AND after shots, along with a detailed description of how that project was done.  Or, if you have a home and garden question, you can ask it on Hometalk and one of the many professionals will be there to help answer it!

So, when I was asked by Hometalk to curate a board featuring nothing but buffets, I was thrilled (no really, I mean, jumping up and down excited)!  I mean, who better to curate a board on buffets than a buffet hoarder?

Right?

After spending hours on Hometalk (I may have gotten distracted a few times…just maybe.) I clipped 25 amazingly beautiful buffet projects.  Wait until you see this board.  Just STUNNING!  The graphic I created below only shares 15 of the 25 projects I pinned to my board.  You can click on the graphic below to be taken straight to my Hometalk board where you can go to each individual website for more information on your favorite buffet…

The Rustic Pig: Beautiful Buffets on Hometalk

Here are just a few of my favorites…

I love how Make It Pretty Again left some parts unpainted and painted the rest in a crisp white.  Isn’t this gorgeous?

This buffet by Lolly Jane is just so cheerful!  Who doesn’t love the warmth of yellow?  Wouldn’t this add a pop of color to a space in your home?

French-Buffet in MB Vintage Cerise

Vintage Charm Restored picked the perfect color for this french buffet!  I see a red buffet in my future!

I’d love to know… are you currently on Hometalk?

Please tell me you spend hours there too!

Please.

Much Love,

  1. Hi Claire,
I love this post. I’m getting ready to re-do my first buffet. The furniture line I started buying was discontinued so I decided to do my own. I found this cool old buffet at my local ReStore and I’m going to do it in black chalk paint. I’m still trying to figure out all the details of what i’m going to do, but I’m looking forward to it. I’ve never done chalk paint and not sure how black will look, but all my furniture is black. I’d really like to do orange!
