Creatively Tuesday #11

So I sat down to work on Creatively Tuesday today and realized that I really didn’t do much last week. I promise I haven’t been sitting around watching TV.  In fact, last week was such a whirlwind that I didn’t even have a moment to sit down and blog!

Hubby decided to take the week off, and so we spent Monday and Tuesday shopping antique and thrift stores.  I promise to post this week and tell you all about the goodies I found!

I also spent the majority of the week working on this Buffet Nightmare!

I was seriously contemplating sawing it in half!!  I was that fed up!  Luckily, it had a happy ending.

Thursday we spent Thanksgiving with my family.  I cannot begin to explain how great it feels to drive only 20 minutes instead of the 5 1/2 hours it used to take us driving from Dallas!  We have so much to be thankful for, but our move to the San Antonio area has to be the highlight of our year!

Now… On to this week’s Creative Geniuses…

Please show these blogs some love by checking out these fabulous features!

Food LOVE…

The Wilderness Wife made this Maple Walnut Tart.  Anyone else drooling or just me?
Doesn’t this look delish?  This Monkey Bread is from Lori Ann’s Food & Fam.  YUMMY!!

Craft Love…

Dee over at My Painted Stuff has a great tutorial for how she used old windows and some Frosted Glass spray paint to make these neat Repurposed Windows.

Furniture Love…

This is an amazing chair transformation from Grey Lane Home.  I am always in awe of people who can reupholster furniture like this!  LOVE it!!
